The organizing committee of the China EU Youth Culture and Arts Festival is located in Brussels, Belgium, where the EU headquarters is located. The festival is held once a year and lasts for 3 to 6 months. It covers five sectors: "government exchange projects, events and public welfare activities, exhibitions and performances, film festivals, study tours and study abroad". The field involves youth film and television, intangible cultural heritage, calligraphy, painting, photography, dance, music, stage drama and other cultural and artistic content. The festival is mainly attended by young people from 28 countries in China and the European Union.
