The organizing committee of the China EU Youth Culture and Arts Festival is located in Brussels, Belgium, where the EU headquarters is located. The festival is held once a year and lasts for 3 to 6 months. It covers five sectors: "government exchange projects, events and public welfare activities, exhibitions and performances, film festivals, study tours and study abroad".
