In July 2010, the Group paid the second visit to China at the invitation of the CPAFFC.

During this period, the delegation visited Liaoning Province. 

While they were in Liaoning Province, the delegation met with Zhao Changyi, President of the Standing Committee of Liaoning's People's Congress and talked about the ways to promote the EU enterprises to invest in Liaoning and Liaoning local enterprises to invest in Europe. The delegation also met with the Foreign Affairs Office of People's Government of Liaoning Province. Together they discussed the issues of cooperation between the Foreign Affairs Office and the EU-China Friendship Association, investments and business promotion,cultural exchanges, and youth exchanges. Later in September, a MOU of cooperation was signed.Besides, the delegation also visited the BMW Brilliance Automotive Factory and the Shenbei Economic Development Zone.
